This role operates in a dynamic Scrum and SAFe environment and requires a strong combination of DevOps, infrastructure, and RPA administration expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, configure, and maintain infrastructure for RPA and Intelligent Automation platforms such as Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Automate
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance to ensure high system availability and reliability
  • Implement, manage, and improve CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions
  • Develop infrastructure and automation tools for RPA platforms, such as bot monitoring and log aggregation utilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams using Scrum and Kanban methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Maintain and secure platform environments in cloud and on-premise setups, leveraging Azure and AWS services
  • Configure and manage databases such as MS SQL and DynamoDB in connection with automated processes
  • Implement and maintain infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform and Ansible
  • Lead technical initiatives to adopt and integrate modern technologies, such as AI in the SDLC
  • Provide user support, training, and documentation for RPA platform users while enabling smooth scaling of the platform
  • Conduct proactive capacity and performance planning to support organizational growth and flexibility
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, infrastructure management, or RPA administration
  • Proficiency in operating systems like Windows and Linux for server configuration and maintenance
  • Expertise in databases such as MS SQL combined with knowledge of DynamoDB
  • Practical experience with cloud platforms including Azure and AWS
  • Skills in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python for automation
  • Capabilities in implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform and configuration management with Ansible
  • Background in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban frameworks
  • Qualifications in maintaining high availability and scalability of platforms supporting enterprise applications
  • Familiarity with RPA technologies and their unique operational challenges
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher for collaboration within global teams

  • Understanding of AI integration in SDLC workflows and its application within Intelligent Automation
  • Knowledge of Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Automate development kits
  • Skills in advanced system monitoring and observability using third-party tools

Salary range €4.4K-€6.5K gross, based on your experience and interview results.
