We are seeking a highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer with expertise in both Azure cloud environments and on-premises Windows infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and a proven ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient DevOps processes for both cloud and on-premises systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Azure cloud and on-prem Windows-based infrastructures
  • Monitor and optimize performance, scalability, and security across all platforms
  • Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment of infrastructure
  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for various environments
  • Oversee automation of builds, tests, and deployment processes
  • Integrate pipeline components with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins
  • Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
  • Ensure high availability and resilience of services
  • Implement secure DevOps practices to maintain secrets management and access control
  • Comply with security standards and regulations
  • Establish monitoring protocols using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor
  • Respond to and troubleshoot incidents while performing root cause analysis
  • Provide leadership and technical guidance to other team members

  • At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or relevant fields
  • Expertise with Azure cloud services including but not limited to Azure DevOps and AKS
  • Competency in managing on-premises Windows-based infrastructure
  • Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for managing containerized applications
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation tools like PowerShell, Bash, Terraform, and Ansible
  • Demonstrated ability in maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines in mixed environments
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance measures
  • Knowledge in managing databases and storage in cloud and on-prem environments
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Nice to have
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) are highly beneficial
