We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer.
In this role, you will help clients create workflows and code for efficient high-performance computing environments. You will also take part in code reviews for optimization and work closely with users to resolve any issues.

Responsibilities
- Assist users in workflow development and code creation for execution within BR compute environments
- Provide advice on scheduler policies and resource allocation
- Review code to identify areas of optimization that enhance runtime or minimize resource consumption
- Address flagged jobs and collaborate with users to determine solutions
- Identify recurring challenges and work with data and computational science teams to establish best practices
- Support drug development workflows commonly used in biotech and pharmaceutical R&D
- Collaborate with globally distributed teams and users
- Communicate effectively with individuals of varying technical expertise
- Build and maintain active engagement with the user base
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps
- Leadership experience of at least 1 year
- Knowledge of workflow and code development for high-performance computing systems
- Expertise in Linux systems
- Proficiency in Python and R programming languages
- Background in CUDA programming, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of user requirements and constraints
- Capability to work effectively with diverse teams
