We are looking for a motivated Lead Compensation Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on leading a small team, owning data-related products, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive reports and data products related to Compensation and Total Rewards
Lead a small team, allocating workload and setting priorities
Foster strong collaborative relationships across HR, Finance, and other business units
Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement compensation strategies
Drive global initiatives related to the compensation and people analytics field

Proven leadership experience in managing compensation, payroll or data analysis teams
In-depth experience in compensation and workforce strategy, utilizing BI tools and advanced data analysis techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and work collaboratively across functions and locations
Ability to drive a data-centric culture within the organization
Advanced proficiency in English (verbal and written, B2+ level)
