We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst with hands-on Supply Chain operational experience. This individual will act as a bridge between software engineering / technology teams and supply chain operations teams, guiding the development of innovative software solutions and leading multiple technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate is a continuous learner, adept at applying emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), fulfilling roles such as Product Owner, Supply Chain Advisor, and Project Manager.

• Guide the design and development of software solutions by providing insights into supply chain operations
• Translate operational challenges into technical requirements as a trusted advisor to technology teams
• Propose technology-enabled solutions by identifying risks in supply chain processes
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals through end-to-end management of supply chain projects
• Define project scope, requirements, and deliverables by collaborating with developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders
• Optimize project execution by promoting Agile and other project management methodologies
• Integrate AI/ML models to enhance supply chain analytics and decision-making
• Recommend the adoption of technological advancements in supply chain management
• Define product vision and roadmap for supply chain software tools
• Prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility, working closely with development teams
• Drive process optimization initiatives by leveraging data analytics tools and emerging technologies
• Conduct lessons learned sessions post-project completion
• Serve as a liaison ensuring clear communication of project goals between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Prepare regular status reports for senior leadership highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities

• 8+ years of experience across supply chain operations and technology project management
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations / Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related fields; Master's degree preferred
• A proven track record of managing medium to large-scale technology projects within the supply chain domain
• Extensive experience in end-to-end supply chain operations and implementing digital initiatives
• Knowledge of global supply chain trends and regulatory requirements
• Capability to work independently while managing multiple projects
• Dedication to continuous learning and digital savviness
• Proactive approach to building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
• Familiarity with ways of implementing AI/ML techniques for predictive analytics and modeling in supply chains
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as Jira
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of data analytics tools like Python, R and ERP systems such as SAP
• Certifications such as ASCM / APICS CSCP, MIT MicroMasters, PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt
• AI/ML technology certifications
