We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our digital modernization project for Power Production Sites in Greece. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape technology standardization, drive cloud migration initiatives, and deliver impactful on-site training, all while collaborating with diverse stakeholders in the Power & Utilities sector.
This position requires readiness for business trips across Greece. Candidates should be prepared for occasional travel within the country as part of their job responsibilities.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities
- Lead the Business Analysis team in achieving the project's goals and objectives
- Oversee cloud migration challenges and ensure seamless collaboration with stakeholders
- Drive transformation in high pace to increase productivity and optimize costs
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders and third-party vendors to meet project milestones
- Manage multiple tasks and ensure client centricity in all project deliverables
- Conduct regular meetings with client managers and development teams to align on project roadmap
- Act as a project driver by pitching ideas and taking ownership of project outcomes
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, ideally within the Power & Utilities domain
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Ability to understand and drive discussions on the discovery of applications within the current customer landscape, understand their usage and dependencies, and facilitate decision-making for migration to the cloud
- Experience in managing conflicting stakeholder expectations
- Ability to drive change management and adapt to evolving infrastructure needs
- Proven track record in risk management and data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication skills in English and Greek
