Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between IT departments and business units to ensure effective collaboration and communication
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key business stakeholders to fully understand their needs, challenges, and goals
  • Identify and assess potential opportunities for IT to bring added value to the business
  • Convert identified business opportunities into detailed and actionable IT requirements
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to develop and execute solutions that address business needs while aligning with the IT strategy
  • Organize and lead regular meetings and workshops with business stakeholders to gather feedback, discuss project progress, and resolve any issues
  • Evaluate the impact of IT initiatives on business objectives, reporting outcomes to both IT and business leaders
  • Keep abreast of industry trends to spot opportunities for technological innovation
  • Support change management processes to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and procedures within the company
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Over 5 years of direct experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or in a similar role
  • At least one year of experience in leadership and team management
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance processes and the application of technology to enhance these processes
  • Comprehensive understanding of IT systems, processes, and capabilities
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to think strategically and translate business needs into IT requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experienced in project management and change management
  • Capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and fostering strong relationships at all organizational levels
  • Fluent English skills at a C1 level or higher
