We are on the lookout for a seasoned Lead Back-End Developer with a deep knowledge of C# and extensive experience with OAuth, particularly utilizing Auth0 libraries and APIs. The successful candidate will take the helm of a crucial project, leading the migration of our identity management system from Forgerock to Okta under a stringent deadline. This pivotal role requires a proactive leader capable of ensuring a seamless transition while upholding strict security standards and optimal system performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute alongside a team of back-end developers to achieve a successful migration from Forgerock to Okta
  • Design, develop, and deploy robust back-end solutions using C# and OAuth, with an emphasis on leveraging Auth0 libraries and APIs
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to guarantee seamless integration and alignment with business goals
  • Address and resolve technical challenges encountered during the migration process
  • Enhance system performance and scalability to support increased traffic and data volumes
  • Maintain adherence to security best practices and data protection regulations
  • Produce detailed documentation of technical specifications, architecture designs, and testing plans

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a .NET Back-End Developer
  • At least 1 year of leadership and team management experience
  • Expertise in C# and OAuth, particularly with Auth0 libraries and APIs
  • A solid grasp of design patterns and architectural design
  • Proficiency with Okta
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written, at an upper-intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
  • Prior experience with Forgerock
  • Demonstrated capability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • A proven history of leading successful technology migrations
