Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with testers to maintain high-quality deliverables
  • Apply Tricentis Tosca to streamline testing workflows
  • Report quality assurance metrics to clients
  • Maintain communication with client managers and development teams
  • Coordinate testing engagements with third-party vendors
  • Execute significant regression testing with efficiency
  • Recognize issues early and propose actionable enhancements
  • Prioritize tasks to meet challenging deadlines
  • Define testing strategies and methodologies collaboratively
  • Achieve complete test coverage across scenarios

  • Background in the Salesforce platform with emphasis on quality assurance
  • 5+ years of QE/Functional Testing experience
  • Leadership experience of 1+ years in relevant roles
  • Expertise in QE/Test Automation and knowledge of testing methodologies
  • Familiarity with Tricentis Tosca automation testing tool
  • Proficiency in English with outstanding communication skills
  • Competency in navigating complex test scenarios
  • Understanding of testing theory and practices
  • Capability to drive process improvement insights
