Responsibilities

• Configure and manage the Appian environment
• Spearhead the creation and implementation of Appian process applications
• Adopt best practices to create scalable, maintainable, and efficient Appian applications
• Develop and sustain crucial Appian tools such as CI/CD and automated user provisioning
• Partner with Agile teams to fulfill project objectives
• Communicate with stakeholders to collect and clarify user requirements
• Promote the implementation of design and code review processes
• Advance development processes through continuous improvement efforts
• Disseminate knowledge and best practices among team members
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies as required
• Deliver professional consulting services across varying organizational levels

• 5+ years of expertise in business process management
• 1+ year in a relevant leadership role
• Proficiency in Appian, Appian Design, and Appian Integrations
• Background in deploying enterprise-level applications using Appian
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes
• Proficient communication and consultancy skills
• Understanding of Appian application architecture and database design
• Fluent in English at a B2+ proficiency level

• Background with Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services
• Experience in the banking sector
