Responsibilities

  • Lead the tech team to ensure knowledge is cutting-edge and implementation is flawless
  • Utilize deep knowledge in various aspects such as design, analysis, development, and testing to elevate team performance
  • Build and continuously improve our financial platform in collaboration with your teammates
  • Shape the strategy for the development department
  • Ensure the team's outputs meet industry standards in quality and security

  • Proven experience in Appian development
  • Proficiency in business process management with at least 5 years of experience
  • Familiarity with building process applications in the Appian environment, including application design, data types, process models, forms, reports, records, and news feeds
  • Capability to gain expertise in modern Cloud technologies
  • Strong consultancy skills across various organizational levels
  • At least 12 months of project leadership experience with duties including leading architecture & design meetings, interfacing with stakeholders, and setting the overall design direction
Nice to have
  • Experience in Agile methodologies
  • Skills in Amazon Web Services
  • Background in the banking sector
