Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
- Develop and implement robust financial policies and procedures
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
- Mentor and manage accounting staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure successful audit outcomes
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and address discrepancies
- Manage budget preparation and monitor financial performance
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Streamline accounting systems and processes for improved efficiency
- Serve as a key point of contact for financial inquiries from internal and external stakeholders

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting roles
- At least one year of experience in a leadership or team management role
- Proficiency in financial risk management techniques and practices
- Strong skills in financial planning and analysis to support strategic decisions
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software and systems
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills at a B2 level or higher
- CPA or other relevant professional certifications
- Experience with international financial reporting standards
- Knowledge of tax planning and compliance
