Responsibilities
- Assist the Talent Acquisition (TA) team with their daily tasks to ensure smooth operations within the department
- Actively search for potential candidates on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to build a robust talent pipeline
- Engage in daily communication with candidates, providing timely updates and addressing inquiries to enhance candidate experience
- Participate in the selection process of candidates, contributing insights and feedback to ensure the best fit for open positions
- Assist with administrative tasks within the TA team to help maintain organization and efficiency
- Support employer branding activities aimed at attracting top talent by showcasing the company's culture and values
- Handle other similar tasks as needed, showing flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team's success in various areas
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, business, or related field
- One year of experience with recruitment and sourcing in IT
- B2 in English
- Well-organized and capable of working on different kinds of tasks
