Junior Campus Recruiter

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Campus Recruiter to join our team.
This role will focus on coordinating various training programs at our campus, requiring excellent communication skills and an understanding of training technologies and methods.
We are open to considering candidates with little or no recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, screen, and interview potential candidates
• Provide guidance throughout the application process
• Report on recruitment activities and program metrics
• Liaise with educational institutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify hiring needs and strategies

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High flexibility and adaptability to various situations
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, Microsoft Office, or applicant tracking systems
• English and Kyrgyz at B2 level or higher, both spoken and written
