We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Campus Recruiter to join our team.
This essential role will focus on managing and coordinating various training programs at our campus, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of training technologies and methods.
We are ready to consider senior-year students and candidates with little or no experience in recruitment.
This is a fully remote position that offers you the flexibility to work from any location in Armenia, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Yerevan or Gyumri.

- Identify, screen, and interview potential candidates
- Provide guidance throughout the application process
- Report on recruitment activities and program metrics
- Work with various internal platforms
- Liaise with Educational Institutions
