We are seeking a Junior Administrative Office Specialist who will support our EPAM Contractors and Subcontractors with contract administration and documentation.
The ideal candidate will be a meticulous and efficient individual adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously and someone who can serve as the central point of contact for all administrative tasks associated with contractors.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and administration of contracts and agreements with EPAM Contractors/Subcontractors in various countries
- Engage in regular communications with Contractors/Subcontractors to address agreement-related queries
- Manage the collection of necessary accompanying documentation
- Oversee the termination of Service agreements and the closure of cooperation
- Act as the primary contact for all administrative concerns related to contractors, facilitating regular interactions with Contractors/Subcontractors and EPAM departments
- Contribute to the development of contractors-related processes
- Assist in developing and maintaining a contract templates database
- Handle workflows within EPAM's internal systems
- Participate in the preparation of policies and local guidelines

- At least 1 year of work experience in similar administrative roles
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Skills in handling documentation with a keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Proven communication skills and completed higher education
- Qualifications in excellent time management
- Capability to manage a large amount of information, readiness for multitasking, and a problem-solving mindset
- Competency in setting goals, achieving them, showing resistance to stress, and maintaining a high level of self-control
- Background in high self-management, task prioritization, and organizing skills with the ability to cope with an intensive workload
