Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of business analysts, setting performance goals and ensuring professional development
- Engage closely with senior management to understand business strategies and user needs, serving as the product Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the development team
- Define and oversee the development of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and detailed roadmaps for delivering value using epics and features
- Independently create, refine, and prioritize user stories based on sometimes ambiguous feature definitions
- Develop and communicate technical and system integration strategies, tracking divisional dependencies and reporting progress
- Lead collaborations with QA and development teams to build comprehensive test strategies and scenarios based on acceptance criteria
- Ensure the seamless delivery and implementation of features and capabilities, aligning with user expectations and business requirements
- Investigate and address production issues, implementing solutions directly or escalating them when necessary
- Conduct impact analysis to assist in prioritization and accelerate the definition and refinement of features and user stories
- Regularly monitor and evaluate the success of projects and processes, ensuring compliance with risk policies and alignment with business objectives
- Advocate for and promote the use of business intelligence across the organization

- 5+ years of IT experience with focus on Business Analysis
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in managing analytical teams
- Proven track record in developing and managing content within the BI tools Tableau and Power BI
- Advanced proficiency in writing and reviewing complex SQL queries
- Deep understanding of Salesforce integrations and administrative settings, including Power BI deployments
- Expertise in creating, maintaining, and sharing intricate business flow diagrams
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate, resolve or escalate technical issues
- In-depth understanding of risk management, compliance policies, and procedures pertinent to business processes
- Excellent command of English (B2+ level), both written and spoken, with a strong emphasis on technical communication skills
- Extensive experience in designing and maintaining performance measures in Tableau
- Expertise in transitioning and supporting both legacy and cloud BI environments
