EPAM is seeking a strategic and driven Director, Alliances, to lead and expand our Salesforce partnership across North America.
This role focuses on driving growth through collaboration with Salesforce, developing go-to-market strategies, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

  • Support, maintain, and grow alliance relationships with Salesforce, including senior stakeholders, and align with the global multi-cloud strategy
  • Develop and execute a North America Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy alongside Salesforce experts and marketing
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Unit leaders, sales, marketing, and technical teams to establish strategic growth plans and create new pipeline opportunities
  • Align with EPAM solution experts to develop innovative offerings and drive growth at key accounts
  • Define and meet KPIs for partner program requirements and joint business plans, including influenced partner revenue
  • Track successes, initiate joint customer stories, and represent EPAM at partner events
  • Understand and manage partner deal registration and evaluation processes
  • Present yearly and quarterly plans and results to EPAM senior leadership and conduct QBRs with Salesforce

  • 10+ years in enterprise technology and channel space, with 7+ years in Sales and/or Alliances experience in the cloud sector, specifically with Salesforce as a partner
  • Experience in Global Solution Integration (GSI) sales environments and deep understanding of the Salesforce partner landscape
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to drive business development, pipeline growth, and strategic initiatives
  • Flexible, proactive team-player attitude with a focus on collaboration and outcomes
  • Strong understanding of marketing, business development, and partner ecosystems
  • Some travel required
