Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Delivery Manager to oversee the management of our existing FileNet project consisting of 6 people.
The ideal candidate will act as the onsite liaison between the project team and customer stakeholders, ensuring alignment and strategic growth opportunities for EPAM. The Delivery Manager will also be responsible for managing additional teams as they are brought onto the project.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the FileNet project team
  • Foster strong relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for EPAM's growth within the project
  • Manage the onboarding and coordination of additional teams
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience, formal or informal
  • Background in Development or QA is highly desirable
  • Understanding of Agile Methodologies
  • Proficiency in Greek and ability to travel to the customer's office in Athens
  • English language proficiency (B2 level or higher)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in presales or having background in FinTech and Banking enterprises are great assets
