We are looking for a Data Delivery Manager who will leverage the data-driven mindset and passion for people in a multi-faceted role.
In this role, you will be bringing delivery expertise and theoretical knowledge from Data & Analytics domain, working alongside a global development and technology teams who are passionate about what they do and how they do it.
It is a fully remote position offering you the flexibility to work from any location in Poland, whether it's your home or one of our well-equipped offices in Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.

Responsibilities
- Establish and manage long-term partnerships with clients, addressing their business challenges and managing engagement risks
- Coordinate the preparation of clients proposals
- Support sales activities, providing technical and management expertise
- Assure governance of processes in delivery management and production
- Establish a strategy of continuous delivery risk management that enables proactive decisions and actions throughout the delivery life cycle
- Take responsibility over capacity and resources needed for delivery, assuring proper skills and seniority matrix
- Build up delivery plans along with estimations on timeframes, quality and staffing
- Ensure that projects are delivered in line with the company's processes and methodologies

- Practical experience in delivering projects in Data & Analytics, Big Data, Data Warehousing, Business In-telligence
- 5+ years' experience of working with clients on business requirements to introduce Data & Analytics technologies
- Knowledge of software development and product lifecycle methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Good understanding of data engineering challenges and proficiency with data platform engineering
- Awareness of various Data & Analytics tools and techniques (e.g. Python, data mining, predictive analytics, machine learning, data modelling, etc.)
- Experience with one or more leading cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of data visualization and understanding of data related security challenges
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, power to work with diverse groups
- Clear, concise communication and presentation skills
- B2+ written and spoken English
