Data Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Data Delivery Manager who will leverage a data-driven mindset and passion for people in a multi-faceted role.
In this position, you will bring delivery expertise and theoretical knowledge from the Data & Analytics domain. You will work alongside global development and technology teams who are passionate about their work and how they execute it.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain enduring partnerships with clients to resolve their business challenges and manage engagement risks effectively
• Coordinate client proposal preparations and support sales activities by providing both technical and managerial insights
• Ensure governance of delivery management processes and production protocols
• Develop and maintain a strategy for continuous delivery risk management to facilitate proactive decision-making throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Manage the capacity and resources necessary for delivery, ensuring alignment with the required skills and seniority matrix
• Create and supervise delivery plans, providing estimations on timeframes, quality, and staffing requirements
• Oversee projects to ensure they adhere to company processes and methodologies

• 5+ years of experience collaborating with clients on business requirements for implementing Data & Analytics technologies
• Demonstrated expertise in project delivery involving Data & Analytics, Big Data, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence
• Proficiency in software development lifecycle methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Strong understanding of data engineering challenges with competency in data platform engineering
• Awareness of various Data & Analytics tools and techniques, including Python, data mining, predictive analytics, machine learning, data modeling
• Experience with major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of data visualization techniques and data security challenges
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
• Clear and concise communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English at a B2+ level

• Additional certifications in Data & Analytics or Project Management
• Experience in advanced data modeling and analytics
• Prior exposure to cross-industry data solutions
