We are seeking a highly skilled Content Editor to join our team and help migrate content from our current systems, AEM OnPrem and Magnolia CMS, to a new CMS platform, AEM Cloud.
The successful candidate will work closely with our content migration team, supported by the EPAM AEM Cloud development team and EPAM Content Strategists, to ensure a seamless transition through a combination of automated and manual content migration processes.

Responsibilities
- Migrate content from AEM OnPrem and Magnolia CMS to AEM Cloud using automated scripts and manual processes
- Validate the accuracy and integrity of migrated content
- Collaborate closely with the EPAM AEM Cloud development team
- Work alongside EPAM Content Strategists to ensure strategic alignment
- Edit and optimize content for the new platform
- Track and report on the progress of content migration
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in the content migration process
- Ensure compliance with content policies and best practices
- Participate in training sessions for the new CMS platform
- Provide feedback for process enhancements
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and CMS technologies

- 2+ years of experience in content editing and migration
- Proficiency in CMS platforms, particularly AEM OnPrem and Magnolia CMS
- Skills in the usage of automated scripts for content migration
- Understanding of content validation methods
- Competency in collaborating with development teams and content strategists
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Background in working with cloud-based platforms, preferably AEM Cloud
