We are seeking a Content Development Manager to join our marketing and communications team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the overall content strategy and execution for our marketing campaigns. You will play a critical role in managing projects, collaborating with various teams, and developing impactful content that showcases our products and drives engagement.

Responsibilities
- Supervise the project management of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including tracking timelines, reviewing designs, and ensuring the timely delivery of final materials
- Underpin the company's product marketing strategy by managing projects and writing creative briefs for product feature launches, onboarding campaigns, among others
- Handle email marketing campaigns from inception to completion, encompassing content planning, copywriting, and performance analysis
- Develop copy and content strategies for materials supporting the sales team such as print collateral and email content
- Cooperate with design, product, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency and accurate product descriptions across all channels
- Oversee marketing operations platforms and manage audience lists for ongoing lead generation campaigns
- Consistently report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns including metrics from email newsletters, social media engagement, and other channels

- 5+ years of work experience in marketing and communications or a related field
- Real experience in a Digital Campaign Management role with a marketing and communications team
- Proficiency in project management and marketing operations platforms
- Skills in email campaign design, copywriting, and reporting
- Experience in developing content strategies and producing materials for sales teams
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
- Strong background in tracking and reporting on campaign performance
- Excellent English writing ability (B2+ level)
