We are looking for a seasoned Chief Technical Writer to lead the creation and management of documentation for our Software Development Kit (SDK). This role requires extensive experience in technical writing, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and support teams. Your work will play a pivotal role in advancing the LIFT platform by delivering high-quality, user-centered documentation that meets both business and customer needs.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive API and SDK documentation along with supporting technical materials for the LIFT platform
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure all content is accurate, clear, and aligned with organizational objectives
- Draft, organize, and refine technical and process documentation to support software releases and updates
- Create user-friendly materials to support the adoption and effective use of new tools and features
- Conduct in-depth research and gather information to develop or update policies, procedures, and forms
- Evaluate and enhance content produced by other team members to ensure consistency and quality standards
- Propose and implement strategies to improve workflows and streamline content creation processes
- Work closely with subject-matter experts to ensure technical topics are thoroughly addressed and well-documented
- Contribute to the evolution and improvement of the LIFT platform through effective documentation practices

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related discipline
- At least 7 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role within the software industry
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or team management capacity
- Deep understanding of software development processes, tools, and methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify and present technical concepts effectively
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for API and SDK documentation
- Proficiency in using software tools for creating and managing technical content
- Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written, at a B2 level or higher
- Experience with programming languages and a strong understanding of software development principles
- Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and services
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, accessible content for diverse audiences
- Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities to effectively handle multiple projects
