We are seeking a Chief Product Owner to effectively lead the Core Retail and F&R solutions of our organization.
Using SAP Retail as the primary Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, you will play a crucial role in steering demand in vital areas such as Retail Finance, Order & Inventory Management, Forecast, and Replenishment. This position requires a goal-driven leader to help shape our product strategy and engage collaboratively with our cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities
- Support the development and communication of a clear product vision in collaboration with various stakeholders
- Collaborate with business counterparts and SAP experts to gather and prioritize requirements
- Translate business requirements into user stories and functional requirements
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it contains well-defined user stories, features, and technical tasks
- Work closely with cross-functional IT teams to facilitate the successful delivery of product features
- Identify areas for continuous improvement within SAP Retail and related systems, highlighting enhancements to drive greater efficiency
- Lead training sessions for end-users and IT stakeholders
- Analyze preferences and requests of end-users
- Follow applicable standards, procedures, guidelines, and methodologies during SAP ECC6 platform maintenance or implementation

- 2+ years of relevant IT experience
- University Degree in Information & Computer Technology or any other technically-oriented discipline
- Very good working knowledge of SAP business processes associated with Core Retail, Forecast & Replenishment
- Knowledge of SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP FI
- Experience within complex IT landscapes and large organizations
- Proficiency in Agile Methodologies (SAFe) with hands-on experience in agile tools like Atlassian
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken)
- Capability to travel throughout Europe up to 10% depending on project needs
- Excellent analytical, conceptual skills, and a critical mindset
- Autonomous, proactive attitude, and strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable)
- Agile certifications (e.g. SAFe)
- Master's degree in Information & Computer Technology or any other technically-oriented discipline
- Prior experience in the retail industry
- Experience with SAP F&R
