Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions to maintain positive, cooperative relationships and swiftly resolve conflicts
- Lead the design and construction of complex technology systems, ensuring they align with both business and technical requirements
- Articulate clear business objectives that are synchronized with technical specifications and operate within an agile framework
- Engage in various facets of application development including user interface, API, backend logic, data storage, and infrastructure
- Instill a sense of ownership among the team for all tasks and projects
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the team, addressing challenges as they arise
- Identify code defects and collaborate with developers to enhance product quality
- Investigate and resolve performance bottlenecks in existing code using automation tools
- Spearhead the integration of automation within the development lifecycle, leveraging CI/CD tools for continuous validation and making informed decisions about when to automate

- University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Developer
- At least 2 years of leadership and team management experience
- Participation in at least 2 full-cycle projects or multiple projects covering different phases of the development lifecycle
- Advanced proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Angular, and the technical stack utilized by the client
- In-depth experience with AWS to enhance service scalability and performance
- Proficiency in utilizing Apache Kafka for developing real-time data processing systems
- Competence in implementing robust unit testing frameworks with JUnit
- Strong skills in Typescript for developing scalable and robust applications
- Expertise in database management including schema design, optimization, and writing complex SQL queries on Oracle DB
- Comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies with the ability to lead projects adaptively and find optimal solutions
- Extensive knowledge of Design Patterns and modern architectural paradigms
- Fluent in English with communication skills at a B2 level or higher
- Experience with Microservices, Enterprise Integration Patterns, and Messaging systems like JMS, AMQ, or WMQ
- Proficiency in MongoDB or Hadoop
- Experience managing cross-location teams
- Familiarity with the SAFe delivery model
- Understanding of the healthcare insurance domain
- Knowledge of Business Driven Development (BDD) or Specification by Example methodologies
