Responsibilities
- Spearhead the design and implementation of strategies for Data & AI democratization
- Promote cultural changes across the organization emphasizing Data & AI
- Develop specialized technology adoption tactics for Data & AI
- Nurture a results-driven environment to enable progressive enhancement
- Engage in effective communication with multidisciplinary teams to synchronize goals and assignments
- Apply strong analytical abilities to facilitate data-driven decision-making
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience
- 2+ years in a relevant leadership role
- Experience in leading initiatives for Self-Service and Data & AI Literacy
- Proven track record of leading impactful cultural transformations
- Proficiency in self-service technologies that facilitate data analysis and consumption, including both predictive and general AI
- Expertise in crafting and executing technology adoption plans tailored to Data & AI processes
- Excellent communication skills, adept at working with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong analytical skills and a results-driven focus aimed at ongoing enhancement initiatives
