Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into well-written and well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products
- Communicate the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility, functionality, and fit for a client's specific business needs
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders, project management, product owners, SMEs, and our internal delivery team to design and deliver the best possible solution
- Provide thought leadership on the improvement of customer operations through Salesforce
- Perform fit-gap analysis between customer requirements and Salesforce capabilities
- Create solution design documents including user stories and process flows
- Facilitate discovery and working sessions, managing the participants and agenda to drive understanding of business needs and pain points
- Deliver technical support during sales calls, solution presentations, and when sizing customer requirements
- Build strong customer relationships and become a trusted advisor to a variety of client stakeholders, including SMEs as well as C-level leadership

- Extensive CRM experience in both the industry and its software capabilities
- Hands-on working with OrgMerge processes and operations
- Comfortable acting as the CPQ advisor to both client stakeholders and C-level leadership
- Proven history of providing software consulting on large-scale enterprise projects
- Highly skilled in writing user stories to capture Salesforce requirements
- Expert with data migrations from third-party systems to Salesforce
- Familiar with CPQ/Revenue Cloud and eCommerce
- History of participating in Salesforce certifications as well as having an active certification

This posting includes a base salary range EPAM Canada would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate.
