Responsibilities
- Lead functional client discussions, requirements refinement sessions, demonstrations, and walk-throughs for diverse target audiences
- Facilitate discovery sessions in collaboration with business stakeholders to capture and document comprehensive business processes
- Create, refine, and manage user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure alignment with configuration, development, and testing requirements
- Guide capacity planning, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning to meet project deliverables
- Collaborate with business solution architects and software architects to develop solution designs and coordinate related development tasks
- Oversee and coordinate test activities with the quality assurance team to maintain high-quality deliverables
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to enable target audiences to adopt solutions effectively

- Minimum of 10 years of practical hands-on experience in Salesforce development
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Salesforce Administrator Certification and Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification
- Experience documenting business process diagrams and creating epics and detailed user stories
- Agile methodology expertise, including sprint planning and backlog management
- Background in requirements analysis, enterprise business process analysis, and organizational consulting
- Proficiency in coordinating cross-team collaboration between business stakeholders, architects, and development teams
