The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that align with business requirements, ensuring successful deployment within the Life and Voluntary Benefits domain. Responsibilities
- Ensure successful Salesforce FSC implementations by aligning business requirements with technical solutions
- Effectively manage stakeholders' expectations and tackle scalability and performance challenges
- Navigate regulatory compliance issues to ensure adherence to industry regulations
- Strike the right balance between customized solutions and out-of-the-box functionality
- Collaborate with third-party vendors, engaging closely with end users and stakeholders
- Lead the technical vision and manage technological risks throughout projects
- Oversee ongoing activities, converting design concepts into practical IT operations
- Align IT strategy with the overall mission of the organization while analyzing business needs
- Monitor current technology trends to architect an effective information technology roadmap
- Realize technical implementation processes with a focus on client satisfaction
- Communicate effectively, manage stress, and maintain a proactive problem-solving approach under tight deadlines
- Handle multiple tasks and responsibilities with a product-oriented mindset
- 12 to 16 years of experience in a relevant field
- Profound expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- Capability to align and manage business and technical requirements within the Life and Voluntary Benefits domain
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and capability to navigate related issues
- Excellent communication skills combined with a client-centric approach
- Qualifications in FSC and OmniStudio certifications
- Experience in leading large-scale projects
- Familiarity with additional Salesforce products
- Understanding of advanced technical solution frameworks
