Business Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solution Architect to guide the transformation of our automotive dealer portal to the Salesforce platform.
In this key position, you will merge business acumen with deep technical expertise, crafting inventive, scalable solutions that cater to the needs of dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders. As the liaison between various functional teams, you will ensure the project not only aligns with our organization's goals but also maximizes the capabilities of Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Lead routine reviews of business processes and devise strategies for optimization
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT advancements for system automation and modernization
  • Facilitate meetings and presentations to articulate ideas and outcomes
  • Execute thorough requirements analysis
  • Document and convey the results of your analyses
  • Communicate insights and strategies effectively to team members and management
  • Apply logical thinking and common sense in decision-making
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Maintain responsibility and reliability in all tasks

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Solution Architecture
  • Proficiency in Salesforce platform architecture and design
  • Background in implementing Salesforce solutions in similar industries
  • Understanding of general IT system architecture and security principles
  • Capability to work collaboratively across various departments and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
