We are seeking an experienced Business Development Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The role will focus on optimizing sales operations, enhancing the capabilities of our sales development representatives (SDRs), and improving overall business development processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our CRM and sales automation tools, ensuring data accuracy, and providing crucial operational support.

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain systems for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, ensuring that data is accurate and readily accessible for analysis
- Generate regular reports on SDR team performance and provide insights to guide decision-making and strategy development
- Manage and optimize the use of CRM data and sales automation tools, ensuring they are effectively utilized by the SDR team
- Provide training and support to SDRs in the use of sales tools and best practices
- Assist with the onboarding and ramp-up of new SDR hires in the use of sales tools and best practices
- Be engaged in the processes and activities within Business Development Organisation
- Support Lead Generation operational activities
- Elaborate data driven reporting in Excel
- Ensure EPAM Lead Generation reporting tools are up-to-date
- Collaborate with the Head of Lead Generation to ensure the high-quality reports
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet necessary reporting deadlines
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Bachelor or M.Sc.) /Project management/Business administration
- Previous experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role can be advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM and sales automation software (i.e. Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Sales Navigator, Outreach) can be advantageous
- Work experience 1.5 - 3 years
- Advanced English - must-have
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel)
- Highly detail-oriented, organisational and analytical skills
- Effective written, verbal presentation and communication skills
- Excellent time management, organizational and analytical skills
- Self-starter, proactive and independent
- Ability to be supportive and to work effectively across national boundaries
