This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of technical solutions that are used to support spend analytics, sourcing management, contract management, procure-to-pay, supplier management, and overall service level objectives.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement software solutions and software design for sourcing, contract management, and procure-to-pay based on the Jaggaer ePro platform & tools. Use expertise to understand how Jaggaer ePro solutions can be configured and delivered to better address clients' goals
- Lead the technical process analysis, design, construction, validation, and deployment phases of the project
- Develop technical specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports, and screens that meet the business objectives, and assist with Technical Design; review others' submissions for viability as needed
- Configure Jaggaer ePro solution(s), perform system integration, and assist with the user acceptance testing
- Work with the project team to ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements
- Assist in resolving issues to ensure efficient workflow with internal clients, suppliers, and accounting departments utilizing ePro for Requisition/Order Creation (PR/PO), Supplier Setup/Maintenance, Invoice Processing, and/or User Access Resolution
- Assist with interdependencies between AP, procurement, suppliers, PPG users
- Support and understand the needs of suppliers related to the Jaggaer Supplier Network/PPG supplier portal and configurations
- Understand and provide support related to ePro invoicing processes and other AP requirements
- Provide ePro application end user support through the use of ePro Pulse case management
- Represent Procurement Center of Excellence as a super user and provide eProcurement support as needed for APAC Procure to Pay deployments

- Recent 3 to 5 years' experience and understanding of the Jaggaer ePro suite of products, technology stack, and database
- Overall understanding of sourcing events and the requisition-to-invoicing process
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work well with others, promote collaboration, and share knowledge
- Strong desire for continuous learning and development
- Process improvement mindset
- Ability to analyze issues with business documents such as POs, invoices, and credit memos
- Ability to analyze and determine solutions to problems that arise with business processes
- Ability to train users in person or remotely on system features and functions
- Working knowledge of Excel and proficiency with other Microsoft Office Suite products
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must
- Background in accounts payable, finance, or procurement
- Experience with the implementation of ePro Procure-to-Pay cloud-based solutions; Source-to-Contract experience
