We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst to support the modernization and standardization of the IT and OT landscape for power production sites in Greece. This role focuses on leveraging digital transformation initiatives, conducting cloud migration, and ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
This position requires readiness for business trips across Greece. Candidates should be prepared for occasional travel within the country as part of their job responsibilities.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

  • Support the completion of IT services roll out to production sites
  • Conduct detailed analysis of current IT vs OT applications
  • Standardize technology stack and solutions
  • Discover and support cloud migration and modernization of selected applications
  • Provide on-site training for end users
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors
  • Drive transformation initiatives for increased productivity, improved security, and cost optimization in a high-paced environment
Requirements
  • Strong business analysis skills with at least 2 years of experience
  • Experience in legacy system integration
  • Understanding of application migration / modernization concepts to the cloud
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent client-centric approach
  • Ability to travel in Greece for discovery sessions
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with a minimum proficiency level of B2
