We are in search of a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves working closely with both business units and IT teams to enhance our business processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of requirements documentation, stakeholder management, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

• Elicit and document both functional and non-functional requirements
• Manage requirements and maintain workflows throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct As-Is discovery and define To-Be processes using Business Process Modeling (BPM)
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs are accurately represented and addressed
• Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams to facilitate effective communication
• Address and handle technical requirements and contribute to solutioning

• 4+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst
• Background in Requirements Elicitation & Documentation and Requirements Management & Workflow
• Expertise in Stakeholder Management and bridging business and IT gaps
• Understanding the development and management of both Functional & Non-Functional Requirements
• Knowledge of As-Is discovery, To-Be definition, and Business Process Modeling (BPM)
• Proficiency in handling technical requirements and contributing to solution design and implementation
