Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on requirements, design specifications, and user stories
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using the test automation suite
- Perform manual testing as needed, encompassing functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and performance testing
- Create and execute test cases to validate the multi-tenant capabilities of the application
- Document and track defects accurately using a bug-tracking system
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure software quality
- Continuously assess and enhance QA processes and tools for improved efficiency
- Employ best practices for microservices architecture and utilize AI technologies for code refactoring when applicable
- Engage with client teams to align on testing needs

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer with a strong emphasis on automated testing
- Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, and familiarity with JUnit or TestNG
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies including black-box, white-box, and gray-box testing
- Familiarity with MS SQL Server and T-SQL, including the ability to write and execute queries for data validation
- Experience in API testing tools and techniques
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Proficiency in using bug-tracking systems such as Jira
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to perform effectively under tight deadlines
- English proficiency at a professional level
- Experience in implementing CSK solutions
- Knowledge of AWS secrets management and key rotation
- Experience with cloud environments, particularly Amazon Web Services
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
- Experience testing .NET Core applications
