Automation Tester in JavaScript (AWS)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on requirements, design specifications, and user stories
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using the test automation suite
• Perform manual testing as needed, encompassing functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and performance testing
• Create and execute test cases to validate the multi-tenant capabilities of the application
• Document and track defects accurately using a bug-tracking system
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure software quality
• Continuously assess and enhance QA processes and tools for improved efficiency
• Employ best practices for microservices architecture and utilize AI technologies for code refactoring when applicable
• Engage with client teams to align on testing needs

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer with a strong emphasis on automated testing
• Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, and familiarity with JUnit or TestNG
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies including black-box, white-box, and gray-box testing
• Familiarity with MS SQL Server and T-SQL, including the ability to write and execute queries for data validation
• Experience in API testing tools and techniques
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Proficiency in using bug-tracking systems such as Jira
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to perform effectively under tight deadlines
• English proficiency at a professional level

• Experience in implementing CSK solutions
• Knowledge of AWS secrets management and key rotation
• Experience with cloud environments, particularly Amazon Web Services
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
• Experience testing .NET Core applications
