EPAM is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist for our Budapest office. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support and serve as an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate & manage interview scheduling
  • Update internal job boards and external postings
  • Coordinate employee referral program for various locations
  • Administrate Applicants Tracking System (maintenance of the candidate pipelines)
  • Work with Excel Reports in order to keep candidates tracking
  • Daily, close cooperation with Recruiters, Technical Interviewers, Team Leads, Managers
  • Deal with third-party recruitment agencies
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports
  • Participate in improvement projects
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties within the recruitment process
Requirements
  • 6-12 months of experience in administration
  • Very good command of spoken and written English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point)
  • Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively and efficiently
  • Strong attention to details and mindset for continuous improvement
  • Ability to manage time, priorities and projects
  • University degree preferable
Nice to have
  • Working experience in scheduling various meetings and managing stakeholders' calendars
  • Experience in IT recruitment
