Responsibilities
- Coordinate & manage interview scheduling
- Update internal job boards and external postings
- Coordinate employee referral program for various locations
- Administrate Applicants Tracking System (maintenance of the candidate pipelines)
- Work with Excel Reports in order to keep candidates tracking
- Daily, close cooperation with Recruiters, Technical Interviewers, Team Leads, Managers
- Deal with third-party recruitment agencies
- Prepare ad-hoc reports
- Participate in improvement projects
- Assist in ad-hoc duties within the recruitment process
- 6-12 months of experience in administration
- Very good command of spoken and written English
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point)
- Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively and efficiently
- Strong attention to details and mindset for continuous improvement
- Ability to manage time, priorities and projects
- University degree preferable
- Working experience in scheduling various meetings and managing stakeholders' calendars
- Experience in IT recruitment
