We are hiring an Associate Marketing Program Manager who will be part of a networked global marketing team that supports business development, brand building, and industry conversation. Collaborating closely across the business unit responsible for generating revenue in the healthcare and life sciences industries, consulting, and global marketing teams, the Associate Marketing Program Manager is a true player-coach role.

The ideal candidate will be technically fluent and creative, with exceptional program management and writing skills. Experience working in the healthcare or life science industry is required.

  • Translate global business objectives into comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals
  • Lead the creation, editing, and production of high-quality content assets, including whitepapers, blogs, case studies, and multimedia content, tailored to drive targeted marketing campaigns
  • Develop and oversee a detailed editorial calendar, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery across multiple channels
  • Create and manage a suite of sales enablement tools, including presentations, brochures, and training materials, that support priority offerings and empower the sales team
  • Conduct ongoing research to monitor the competitive landscape, identify market trends, and provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies
  • Present strategic plans, marketing programs, and performance results to leadership teams and other key stakeholders
  • Continuously test, measure, and refine marketing programs to enhance effectiveness and ROI, applying learnings to optimize future initiatives
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product teams, sales, and external partners, to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies
  • Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry, with a solid understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities
  • 5+ years' experience in marketing, with a proven ability to manage multi-channel programs from strategy through execution
  • Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly through written content, visual presentations, and storytelling
  • Experience in content creation, ghostwriting, and providing editorial feedback in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs)
  • Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across teams
  • Ability to present confidently to diverse audiences, including executives and peers
  • Exceptional organizational skills, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment and timely delivery
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to change
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools, with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making
