We are seeking an Application Support Specialist with T24 Transact experience.
In this role, you will provide essential production support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in incident resolution, problem management, and driving continuous service improvement.
Please note that work from the customer office 2 days per week is required.

Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 support for Temenos Transact applications
- Ensure smooth operations and timely incident resolution
- Manage problem management processes to enhance service quality
- Collaborate with teams to implement continuous service enhancements
- Utilize SQL and Unix shell scripting for log analysis and troubleshooting
- Support production operations and RTB activities effectively
- Monitor banking interfaces, APIs, and middleware performance
- Engage with ticketing systems like Service Now and JIRA for tracking issues
- Automate and simplify processes to improve operational efficiency
- Participate in CI/CD processes and manage version control tools
- Assist in managing containerized applications using Kubernetes
- Apply ITIL framework principles for service management
- Maintain a general understanding of banking operations and transactions
- Utilize monitoring tools to ensure system health and performance
- Document and report incidents and resolution steps
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

- 2+ years of experience in application support with T24 Transact
- Knowledge of core banking operations and RTB processes
- Proficiency in SQL and Unix shell scripting
- Understanding of monitoring tools and operating systems
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Service Now and JIRA
- Experience in banking interfaces and APIs management
- Capability to work with DevOps tools for automation
- English proficiency at a professional level
- Certification in Information Technology Infrastructure Library
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices
- Experience with T24 core logs and Temenos Interaction framework
- Knowledge of Financial Accounting and Treasury Operations
- Exposure to automation tools like Autosys
