Our Subcontractor Operations Team seeks an exceptional Administrative Office Specialist who will bring expertise and help us strengthen our systems.
If you have at least 3+ years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the HR sphere, and are ready to make a tangible impact within a dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you!
This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with EPAM сontractors/subcontractors across multiple geographical locations
  • Streamline organizational tasks, implement systems and ensure efficient operations
  • Manage contract creation, oversee the signing of agreements and collecting supporting documentation in line with legal requirements and local procedure
  • Liaise with various internal and external systems
  • Offer support and solutions to contractors and identify potential problem areas
  • Coordinate exit procedures, termination of service agreements and partnership closures
  • Communicate effectively with both contractors and EPAM teams on administrative issues
  • Participate in developing global and local policies and guidelines for contractors and subcontractors

  • 3+ years of experience in similar roles in the HR sphere
  • A degree or higher education qualification
  • Previous experience in human resources preferred but not essential
  • Proactive goal-setting expertise with a disciplined approach and strong self-control
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage a high-intensity workload
  • English - B2+, both verbal and written
