We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Line Software Maintenance Engineer to join our team.
This role involves providing support and maintenance for software applications utilizing MuleSoft technology. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in development activities when not engaged in maintenance tasks. This fully remote position requires candidates to be on-call for Priority 1 (P1) incidents, with added bonuses for on-call duties and overtime payments when addressing P1 incidents outside of regular office hours.

Responsibilities
- Provide 3rd line support and troubleshoot software issues using MuleSoft
- Maintain and enhance existing software applications
- Participate in customer interviews to gather requirements
- Engage in project interviews to discuss solutions and deliverables
- Collaborate on the design and implementation of system enhancements
- Ensure code quality by performing testing and debugging
- Document technical specifications and update relevant documentation
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in MuleSoft
- Assist the development team with development activities when no support tasks are scheduled
- Proficiency in MuleSoft and Anypoint Platform
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role focusing on 3rd line support
- Capability to troubleshoot and effectively resolve software issues
- Background in maintaining and enhancing software applications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and ability to collaborate with team members
- Flexibility to work remotely and independently handle responsibilities
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
