Overview

As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world's best and most trusted mobility company, the Performance Marketing team is excited to announce the opening of a Search Engine Optimization Analyst.

The SEO Analyst will develop and implement search engine optimization strategies to maximize traffic and revenue across website properties. This position will be responsible for one or more areas of search engine optimization, including technical optimization, business listing management, and performance content optimization.

Compensation decisions will be made based on factors that include, but are not limited to experience, education, location and skill level.

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO, with a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement search engine optimization strategies to achieve business goals
  • Leverage content management systems to expand, improve, and automate content
  • Optimize and monitor local business listing feeds and measure results
  • Primary lead for SEO strategies across multiple websites and lines of business
  • Prioritize activities and develop business cases for new initiatives
  • Collaborate on strategies with other corporate teams within marketing and business operations
  • Partner with digital content and web development teams on functional enhancements
  • Conduct end to end management of SEO projects, including requirements gathering, quality assurance testing, and measurement
  • Review recommendations from 3rd party vendors to determine the value and appropriately prioritize
  • Effectively leverage SEO tools and digital marketing platforms for optimization and measurement
  • Review and analyze results to communicate performance trends
  • Analyze websites for competitors and other related industries
  • Perform technical audits on SEO best practices such as tagging, schema, and site speed
  • Stay informed of industry trends and emerging strategies related to search engine optimization and other areas of digital marketing
  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, Technology, or applicable field preferred)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Three (3+) years or more of SEO or related digital marketing experience
  • Proficient with SEO and analytics tools such as Adobe and/or Google Analytics
