Overview
Enterprise Mobility, family-owned company operating Enterprise, National, and Alamo rent-a-car, is seeking a responsible, hard-working person to join our team as a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician. As a PDR Technician, you'll be expected to have proficiency accessing panels, skill utilizing glue-pulling techniques and repairing small to medium sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. This position is primarily based at the Enterprise Mobility Service Center located at 1732 E. Rental Car Way. Depending on workflow, the candidate could potentially work some shifts each week at our Car Sales reconditioning center, approximately 4 miles from the primary site.

The position is a Full-Time position (40 hours per week) Pay is $28-$35 / hour, depending on experience and skill level.
Apart from religious observation, must be available to work the following schedule(s):
Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
Responsibilities
- Perform paintless dent repair services on vehicles as needed, typically minor dings and dents.
- Complete minor cosmetic repairs (remove paint transfer, reattached misaligned plastic parts, etc)
- Follow proper operating rules, procedures, and standardized work initiatives as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and productive work environment by keeping tools and supplies organized.
- Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 2 years or more experience in PDR work.
- Experience in cosmetic auto repair (buffing, touch-up, plastic repair, etc) is not required, but is a plus
- Must posses all PDR Tools needed to complete PDR work (hail tools not required)
- Must be able to withstand moderate physical activity and tasks requiring dexterity (i.e. lifting up to 50lbs, bending, squatting, long periods of walking and standing)
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at- fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 3 years (DUI/DWI)
- Must be willing to take and pass a drug test prior to employment offer
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future (e.g. H-1B Visa status)
