ABOUT THE ROLE

The Product Strategy and Development Portfolio Manager is responsible for leading strategy & development activities through a team focused on development of business ideas, creating business cases, and imagining solutions and operational opportunities across our Fleet Management business. The Portfolio Manager will work closely with Product Management, IT and other necessary stakeholders to understand desirability, feasibility and viability along with defining key characteristics of potential solutions, potential resourcing needs, and possible approach strategies which result in business case formation. The role will require facilitation of collaborative discussions and analysis to identify strategic intent and potential impacts of new initiatives.

Core responsibilities include initiating and fostering relationships with senior leaders, department heads, operational teams, and core support teams as well as communicating product strategy and functionality to senior leadership, operational stakeholders, Product Management, and IT teams. Ultimately this role is responsible for developing and driving strategies that advance operational excellence, support industry trends, elevate the customer experience, and enable us to be a leader in mobility solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build & nurture relationships with senior leaders, department heads, operations teams, and core support teams.
  • Lead and develop product strategies that align with the business's core priorities.
  • Understand key industry trends, develop strategy and vision, create road maps and product deliverables that align with the business needs.
  • Oversee development activities in partnership with Product Management, IT and business stakeholders to ensure successful strategy execution.
  • Develop and deliver effective executive level presentations through expert facilitation and clearly articulate product solution options and functionality to senior level management
  • Lead & develop a team of Product Strategy & Development Managers

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must reside in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree
  • Must have a minimum of 6 years experience in as a Product Owner/Manager, Product Development Manager, Technical Project Manager, Business Analyst or equivalent
  • Must have previous experience leading a team
  • Proven ability to craft and deliver impactful presentations tailored to diverse audiences
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirements
  • Must be willing to travel up to 5% as needed

Work from Home (WFH) Requirements:

  • Must have reliable and consistent high-speed internet access provided by a terrestrial cable or fiber provider (no DSL or satellite)
