ABOUT THE ROLE
The Product Strategy and Development Manager partners with the business to evaluate the potential impact of new technology by assessing our current solutions and working with our Process Architecture team to understand all aspects of tasks and technology. Through this process, they will collaborate with stakeholders to define crucial solution capabilities - while driving a shared understanding of both the need and the approach.

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO and requires a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities
- Serve as an expert on EFM strategy, operational models, target customers, and employee culture while driving relevant and viable product concepts
- Manage the product strategy process, developing strategy and vision to inform future system capabilities and product road-maps, ensuring alignment with the business
- Lead research, data analysis, and fact finding to drive strategy
- Collect and analyze complex product information in consultation with various departments and external partners to create a business case and compelling storyline that leads to alignment on Product Strategy
- Engage in development activities in partnership with Product Management, F9IT and the business to ensure successful strategy execution
- Gather information and insights to develop presentations to deliver appropriate and effective messages based on audience
- Assist in the development of executive-level presentations that help gain alignment on opportunities
- Provide expert facilitation skills to elicit the key components informing desirability, feasibility, and viability outputs

Qualifications
Required:
- Must reside in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area
- Must have a Bachelor's degree
- Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in as a Product Owner/Manager, Product Development Manager, Technical Project Manager, Business Analyst or equivalent
- Proven ability to craft and deliver impactful presentations tailored to diverse audiences
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirements
- Must be willing to travel up to 5% as needed
