As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to the be the world's best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility is excited to announce the opening of a Customer Service Coordinator Summer Internship opportunity for our National Service Department!

During this internship, you will primarily be responsible for follow-up communication with vendors, sales teams, and clients regarding automotive maintenance and repairs. The NSD Customer Service Coordinator Intern will also address client approval emails and notify repair facilities of said approval. The Customer Service Coordinator Intern may also assist with various administrative duties and projects related to the maintenance process. The ideal candidate will be able to think outside the box to resolve unique challenges, adapt to change and manage competing priorities.

This position offers a starting salary range of $15.00 per hour. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm from May - August 2025. This exciting opportunity is a Hybrid position reporting to our Operations Center in Maryland Heights, MO with a requirement to work in office 1 to 2 days per week. Our operations center is located at 2281 Ball Dr. St. Louis, MO 63146.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with various tasks, projects, research, and reports for the department
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams, customers, and management
  • Perform research, follow-up and provide information to:
    • Vendors and drivers to ensure roadside services provided were completed successfully
    • Vendors concerning the status of repairs for fleet vehicles
    • EFM group personnel
    • Fleet Drivers for maintenance replacement rentals
  • Act as backup support for Customer Support Coordinators, as necessary

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications Include:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must live in the Metropolitan St. Louis area or surrounding MO/IL counties during the summer of 2025
  • Must live in the state of MO/IL
  • Must be a Junior or above, enrolled full-time for the Fall 2025 semester in a college or university
  • Open to all majors, Business degrees preferred
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday, up to 40 hours a week from May - August 2025
  • Six (6) months customer service experience
  • Three (3) months admin/clerical/office experience
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Products
  • Must be willing to accept $15.00 per hour
  • Must have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Work from Home (WFH) Requirements:

  • Must have reliable and consistent high-speed internet access provided by a terrestrial cable or fiber provider (no DSL or satellite)
  • High-speed Internet connection with a minimum validated upload speed of 5Mb and download speed of 25Mb is required. Connection latency must be less than 100ms. (Please validate using a speed test tool such as http://www.speedtest.net/)
