Overview
The Car Sales Customer Service Rep provides a high level of customer service and support to both internal and external customers. This position is responsible for helping support the Sales Consultants and Customer Experience Managers during the purchase process as well as post-sale customer service. This role is available as a full time position to provide administrative support to Car Sales Dealerships.
Responsibilities
- Assist Sales Consultant in collecting information/stipulations needed for sales. Organize and ensure accuracy and completion of all paperwork for each customer transaction including printing temp tags, processing registration, and completing documents that require wet signatures
- Process Car Sales titles and registrations
- Complete title work upon closing customer file for retail and wholesale units
- Assist customers with the vehicle trade-in process including collecting documents at the time of sales to ensure an efficient trade sale process
- Follow up with customer post-sale to help facilitate or ensure completion of After Market Options (AMO) installs
- Respond to customer inquiries related to financing, warranties or other customer service issues
- Process additional post-sales documentation and ensure DMV paperwork is sent
- Ensure tag and title documentation is accurate for current dealership inventory and print FTC and price stickers for current inventory if needed
- Assist with monitoring the Weekly Status Report (WSR) and notifying management of discrepancies and instances where follow up actions are required.
- Assist with End of Month reports and SC Sales/commission reports
- Provide accounts payable and receivable support
- Maintain files for the dealership Assist with ECOA (Equal Credit Opportunity Act) File review
- Order office supplies and marketing material, answer phones during peak times and may provide notary services for dealership
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Must have completed HS Diploma
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must have 1 year experience in customer service
- Must have 1 year experience in Administrative support with processing titles and registration
