About the role:
As the Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. This role involves coordinating tasks, managing new hire communications, and maintaining accurate records in our systems. You will also assist with various Talent Acquisition projects and hiring initiatives, including but not limited to: initiating, monitoring, and completing the background check process for new hires, supporting the contingent worker process, and working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and approved background check agencies to ensure compliance and accuracy in the hiring process.

About the role and what you'll be doing:
- Initiate and monitor the background check process in Workday and Accurate, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
- Ensure all background check confirmations are uploaded to Workday and maintain accurate records.
- Review and verify background verification on various parameters, including previous employment, education, residential address, court record database checks, update the final status of background checks, and manage new hire communications prior to onboarding.
- Address any discrepancies or issues that arise during the background check process and provide guidance to the Talent Acquisition/CPE team.
- Select appropriate background check packages for new hires and contingent workers to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist with the contingent worker hiring process, including but not limited to, managing proper documentation and paperwork, engaging with Ensono Hiring Managers and external staffing agencies for contract details, initiating the hire process in Greenhouse/Workday, and maintaining records of ending contracts to assist with extensions as needed.
- Assist with updating documents within the Talent Acquisition shared SharePoint site as needed.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Ops/CPE team with miscellaneous items, such as reporting schedule, target hire dates and active candidates audit, and GDPR candidates' information maintenance.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a project from start to finish with a strong sense of determination and follow through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or HR operations, preferred but not required.
- Experience working with Accurate or other background check agencies.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $24 to $30 per hour based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
