BAS - Global Supply Chain

Job Title/High Level Position Summary:

This role represents an opportunity to shape the future of a growing global supply chain planning department. The role of a Senior Supply Planner is first and foremost to deliver a consistent, stable, and exceptional manufacturing plan crafted off a variety of variables and constraints including, but not limited to customer demand forecasts, production capacity, and commercial needs. The role requires the ability to develop strategic solutions, but also react to day-to-day needs. The person in this role will also leverage analytical skills and project management to run point on data driven analyses for the team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated background in analytics programs and ERP systems (Kinaxis, Anaplan, SAP, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply Planning: Utilize expertise to develop and implement strategies that optimize supply planning, production planning, and inventory management.
• Reporting and Data Analytics: Develop reporting capabilities to monitor and evaluate key supply planning metrics, providing valuable insights and recommendations for process enhancements. Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to improve planning efficiency and optimize inventory levels.
• Cross Functional Project Management: Represent the Supply Planning team, and sometimes the supply chain org, during collaborative projects that require cross functional work across global teams.
• Training and Mentoring: Take an active role in training and mentoring of junior planners within the supply chain planning teams. Share knowledge and expertise to enhance their skills and foster professional growth.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, supply planning, or similar functioning roles
• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Planner, with expertise in supply planning/master scheduling.
• Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Required to be in office 3 days week in the Enovis Lewisville headquarters.

• < 10%

• Proactive and a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal direction
